The following is the complete list of the winners of the Miss Photogenic Prize. This is the only prize in the pageant which is voted on solely by the girls themselves. Like the Miss Photogenic prize, the name has changed over the years, ranging from Miss Unity to Miss Amity.
Don't forget that since the Miss Universe and Miss USA Pageants were concurrent events until 1965, the winner could be anyone in the Miss USA pageant as well; only in 1965 did the Miss USA Pageant have her own "exclusive" Miss Congeniality.
