Miss Curacao International Titleholders

This contest began in 1998 to select a representative of Curacao for the Miss International Pageant in Japan, and within two years, the island had its first semi-finalist. The first runner-up in the year 2000 competed at the International Flower Queen Pageant in Colombia.
