With the fast approach of the 1999 Binibining Pilipinas of the World Pageant (an official preliminary to the national pageant for Filipinas living abroad) which is to be held right here in JPP-Central (a.k.a. Toronto, Canada), we would like to celebate the ravishing beauty of the Philippines' first Miss Universe winner.
Lovely Gloria Maria Diaz Aspillera won the crown for the Land of Smiles in Miami Beach, Florida on July 19, 1969. The following are the results from her pageant:
